These valves allow for multiple tank switching of one fuel line.The other type is the Duplex valve. These units have two separate compartments that allow for two fuel lines to be switched simultaneously. These valves are used for fuel injected engines that require the fuel to be returned to the tank from which it was drawn from. Each fuel selector has some great features that make it different from the rest. To begin with, the valve operates using a brass ball valve that is highly polished before assembly, then a PTFE gland is packed against it.
