This new solution is less intrusive to the original floor structure and avoids risk of damage to the aircraft structure. The patented repair technique is much easier than the Cessna repair and can be completed in half of the time, saving thousands of dollars in labor. No Cessna splice kit is needed and the McFarlane repair is stronger than either the original or the Cessna repair. After installing McFarlane's MCSK101, future replacements are easy; just unbolt the old seat rail, duplicate the hole pattern, and bolt on the new rail.
